The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. The Role We’re looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our Indirect Procurement Team in Milan. This internship offers hands-on experience in purchasing operations, with a strong focus on data-driven reporting and process optimization. Key Performance Areas -Manage the ARIBA platform and related requests (Purchase Orders, One-Time Vendors, new vendor onboarding, etc.) -Maintain and develop reporting dashboards (Power BI, spend analysis, savings tracking, open POs, etc.) -Support the finalization of supply contracts and manage approval workflows via DocuSign -Contribute to vendor segmentation and performance monitoring (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) -Participate in innovation and sustainability initiatives across categories such as Gifts & Premiums, Visual Merchandising, and Print Requirements -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint -Fluency in English and Italian -Excellent planning and prioritization abilities -Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset -Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a passion for learning — Published by The Estée Lauder Companies.
